The Quarter Beef package is one of our most popular! It will keep your family of four fed for about 6 months. With this package, you will have your own little grocery store "freezer" section right at home. This option requires about 3 to 4 cubic feet of freezer space.

Two Payments: Two payments: $650.00 down payment & $650.00 + tax is the final payment. Final payment collected the day before your beef is picked up from the processor & payment is adjusted for final weight. Pay deposit today to reserve your share & the remaining balance will be invoiced before delivery.

• 30% savory cuts & roasts:chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket, stew meat & soup bones

2. Final payment is collected the day before your beef is picked up or shipped.

Receiving Your Beef:

• You will get your final invoice the week before your beef is picked up from the processor. All final payments must be completed before the listed pickup date or prior arrangements must be made. 
• Choose to ship, your order will be shipped out after you've been notified.
• Choose local pick-up at the farm, we will send you a calendar to schedule your pick-up time. 
• Your beef will come in approximately 2 easy-to-handle 50lb boxes.
