The Eighth Beef package is a popular starter package for those who've never bought beef before. But warning! Most of our customers say they wish they had ordered more! With this package, you will have your own little grocery store "freezer" section right at home. This option requires about 2 cubic feet of freezer space.

Two payments: $250.00 down payment & $317.87 estimated final payment. Final payment collected the day before your beef is picked up from the processor. Pay deposit today to reserve your share & the remaining balance will be invoiced before delivery.

• 25% steaks: tenderloin, new york strip, ribeye, sirloins & rounds tenderized
• 25% savory cuts & roasts: chuck/sirloin tip/arm/rump roasts, brisket & stew meat 
• 50% premium ground beef (80-85% lean)

2. Final payment is collected the day before your beef is picked up or shipped.

 Receiving Your Beef:

• You will get your final invoice the week before your beef is picked up from the processor.
• All final payments must be completed before the listed pickup date or prior arrangements must be made. 
• Choose to ship, your order will be shipped out after you've been notified.
• Choose local pick-up at the farm, we will send you a calendar to schedule your pick-up time.
• Your beef will come in approximately 1 easy-to-handle 50lb box
